​I initially came up with the RELOAD & POMI Platform Concept in 2012 during the period of the domino effect from the 2008 downturn for Real Estate. Back then, I didn't know how to commercialize the idea in the Real Estate Industry. To make the long story short. YES, NOW I DO, ABSOLUTELY !

That said, I'm creating  a new business venture that is dedicated ONLY to 1031-Exchange Industry

• 1031-Exchange Realty. WA State Licensed Real Estate Brokerage Firm

  • Make the government-endorsed vehicle work ​for our clients for life

  • Undertaking all Property Management functions for our clients

  • We will accomplish Vien's vision because of the following:

    • Possession of knowledge & practical experiences​ by Vien's

    • Required Business Plan has all committed financial resources

    • Vien has over 40 years of successful RE investments

I'm looking for entrepreneurs who can turn the vision into the reality, and grow this business. Specifically, I need the following Co-founders

• The leader, the future Boss of the company. Is this YOU ?

  • Real Estate Broker

  • Review and share your thoughts on the RELOAD's Vision & Mission

  • Wear multi-hats. Basically it's the whole operations at the start 

  • I Need You ASAP ! This Co-Founder would be the Go-To Person

• Marketings

  • We need Video Illustrations​

  • Make the Commercial clip that was based on the original

• Sales

  • Build a Network of Brokers for Residential & Commercial​

• Software System / Website

  • Department Head Vien

  • Under Vien's guidance 

  • This will do most of of the Company's work

• Reward​

  • Percent of Authorized Shares will be awarded to Co-Founders

  • C-Founders will receive Startup Shares ​of Common Stock
